Our Services
Empower Consulting works with families to navigate the transition from high school to adult life. We realize that families’ resources and needs vary, and that one size does NOT fit all. Currently, Empower offers hourly consultation services. Families that seek a more tailored approach can book a 2-hour consultation that includes a review of your loved one’s current IEP / transition plan prior to the meeting.
Future offerings include a digital Transition Resource Guide, Online Education, and a Comprehensive Transition Package.

Insight Hour
Do you have a pressing transition issue you need help with? Insight Hour is a one time 1-hour virtual consultation to address immediate transition concerns. Dr. Lueken will review your intake form prior to the meeting.
Deep Dive
Created to address all your pressing needs, the Deep Dive is a 2-hour virtual/in-person consultation. Dr. Lueken will review your intake form and most recent IEP/transition plan prior to the meeting.
You will also receive personalized priority recommendations in each transition area via email following your meeting.

Transition-aged children should absolutely participate in the meeting if they choose. Adult children for whom no guardianship or Power of Attorney agreement exists are required to attend or to sign a waiver.

Dr. Bridget Lueken is a passionate educator, advocate, and consultant with nearly two decades of experience supporting individuals with disabilities and their families. The driving force behind her work at Empower Consulting is an unwavering commitment to the belief that every individual has the right to lead a meaningful, fulfilling life.
Dr. Lueken holds a doctorate in education and has committed her career to empowering individuals with disabilities and their families with the tools for a successful transition to adult life.
